Refund Policy

HireSmart is a digital service — value is delivered immediately upon subscription activation. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on any paid plan, whether monthly or annual.

We encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate the product before upgrading. No credit card is required to try HireSmart.

1. No Refunds

Subscription charges — whether for Pro ($9.99/mo) or Pro+ ($19.99/mo) — are non-refundable. This includes charges for the current billing period, previous billing periods, and any unused portion of a subscription.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate account suspension and may affect your ability to create a future account.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of your subscription fee.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error on our end.
  • Your account was inaccessible for an extended period due to a verified outage caused by HireSmart.

To report either situation, contact support@hiresmart.dev with your account email and a description of the issue. We review all claims and respond within 3 business days.

4. Free Tier

The free tier requires no payment and is not subject to this policy. We recommend starting there before committing to a paid plan.
